Yield: Approximately 35 meatballs
Ingredients
2 pounds lean ground beef
2 pints Asian Plum Sauce
1 ½ teaspoons ground black pepper
1 ½ teaspoons salt
1 ½ teaspoons garlic powder
1 ½ teaspoons onion powder
1 ½ teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon ground mustard
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
½ - 1 cup finely crushed breadcrumbs
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
In a large bowl, thoroughly combine 2 pounds lean ground beef with 1 ½ teaspoons each of ground black pepper, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and chili powder, 1 teaspoon each of smoked paprika and ground mustard, and 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce. Mix in finely crushed breadcrumbs.
Roll into one-inch balls and place into two 9x13 baking dishes. Cover with Asian Plum Sauce.
Bake for approximately 45 minutes or until meat is cooked through and evenly browned. The USDA recommends an internal temperature of at least 160°F.

How to Freeze Asian Plum Meatballs
Meatballs can be frozen either raw or cooked form for up to 2 months.
How to Reheat Frozen Asian Plum Meatballs
Thaw frozen meatballs in the refrigerator overnight. Bake as directed in a preheated 375°F oven for approximately 45 minutes or until an internal temperature of at least 160 degrees has been reached.
Alternatively, cooked frozen meatballs can be reheated in a slow cooker on LOW heat for 6-8 hours or on HIGH for 3-4 hours. Please note that raw frozen meatballs may not hold their shape during slow cooking.
